1. Close all instances of Visual Studio;

2. Open Command Prompt in %PROGRAMFILES%\DevExpress DXperience v2010 vol 1\Components\Tools\;

ToolboxCreator.exe /INI:toolboxcreator.ini /PATH:"C:\Program Files (x86)\DevExpress 18.2\Components\bin\Framework\"

3. Run ToolboxCreator.exe /ini:toolboxcreator.ini /log:create.log.
